This does work
I’ve had melasma and sun damage that popped up about 6 years ago (I’m 46 years old). It just seemed to get worse with every year and I never felt confident without makeup. Furthermore when I wore makeup, it barely covered my dark patches. I found this and took the advice to cut the soap in smaller pieces. I go through a small piece in about a month. I use this nightly however, I make sure my makeup is thoroughly removed and my skin is cleansed. I use this as a treatment. I suds it up in my hands and put it on my face, targeting my bad areas. I let it sit about 30 seconds to a full minute then I rinse. I do not use it in the morning, only at night. I’ve probably been at this about 6 months, using that routine consistently every night. This has completely gotten rid of almost all of my darkness. I have been able to leave the house without make and I feel my skin us the best it’s ever been. When I do wear makeup, one light layer works fine as I do not have to cover anything anymore. I won’t be without this soap. I have one small wedge left and I just reordered. If my story sounds like yours, give this a try and be consistent.

Kojic Acid
I found this at a hair store down the street from me so I will continue to purchase. I haven’t seen any results yet but will let you know. It runs out quickly though . And if you use it on your face it burns I’m trying to lighten my kitty kat bikini area so hopefully this works.

Great!
Love this soap, works so well to fade acne scars and keep me from having new break outs. Keep in mind it does dry out skin and you need to moisturize afterwards. Also be careful how you store it stains the tub when it gets wet.

I didn’t expect to love it so much.
It smells like an orange and the suds feel so smooth. I love the feel of it. After I rinse, my skin feels smoother but also a bit tight. I use it on face and hands. I am surprised how clean it makes my yellowed fingernails. I am a gardener so they are always touching soil. I am so impressed I want to order another bar to keep in the shower for my body. I can’t comment fully yet on lightening melasma but it does seem to be helping.

Cleanses really well
Used it when I had some breakouts. A tip: let it stay on skin for 30 seconds before rinsing. This method seemed to clear my skin a lot quicker. It is a little drying and if you have extremely sensitive skin, might not be for you. Have used it daily for over a month in hopes it would do as it says and reduce pigmentation. I don’t think it does at all (at least for me) for light pigmentation.

This work but you have to be consistent
I wash my face every two days with this soap and make sure I moisturize after. I had a lot of discoloration on face specifically around my nose and lips area and this soap with vitamin e oil and face moisturizer lotion works wonders

It’s just soap.
I used two bars consistently and didn’t really notice that Kojie San Skin Brightening Soap lessoned dark spots or lessoned the apperance of scars. The scent and texture is nice but honestly it’s just soap.

Definitely lightens and clears up skin blemishes/ hyperpigmentation. Absolutely stings if you have a cut (Expected of citrus anything) But leaves behind an orange stain wherever it touches.

nice smell, good for dark spots, but can be messy
i think it does help with my dark spots somewhat and it also smells very good! however its pretty sticky as a soap(?) it does not have the usual consistency of other bar soaps and is thick, and because it is orange it can stain if not rinsed off all the way but i do like it! also smaller than other bar soaps as well

Made my skin darker
It’s okay as a soap. I’m dark brown skin. I feel like at first I was seeing some results but then my skin seemed to get darker on my back thighs. I stopped using it.

Late and delivered incorrectly

Smooth and brightening
I like the soap. I don’t use it every day because I don’t want it to be too drying. It’s been about three weeks and my skin feels smoother and looks a little brighter…less dull. I ordered the double pack. Well, the picture is a little deceiving because you feel like you’re getting two full-size bars, but in reality, you’re getting a full-size bar but cut in half. It works out because I use one only on my face and the other in the shower for my underarms.

I’ve been using this soap for about 4 years now maybe a little longer. The soap works, that simple. Now I will say YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO USE IT FOR IT TO SHOW DRAMATIC RESULTS. If you don’t use it right you’re basically wasting money and you’ll be one of those screaming “it doesn’t work or its fake”.You have to use sunscreen that’s a must if you don’t then don’t use this soap because it would be pointless and you will get darker. Unless it’s winter. That’s the most important.Beginners have to use it twice a day (replacing your old soap) In the shower, wet your entire body, lather the soap on your entire body then turn the water off. Stand there and sing, dance do what ever but it has to sit on your body. I personally waited until 2 full songs played. If you don’t have the time to do that for a full week everyday don’t buy this soap. If you do that using sunscreen when you go out after the 1st week you will see results.Using a lightning lotion will help…After the shower lotion down with a good lighthing lotion and the results will be better. It won’t be faster they’ll just be better, meaning you’ll get lighter.2nd week at least 1 time a day. You have to give your skin time to take all that in you could even go every other day. You’re still using that lotion everyday though and sunscreen is now like water to you. Sunscreen is a part of your life. Everyday in the sun it’s a must. That will never stop.At this point you are about 1 full shade lighter some people may be even lighter a shade and a have.3rd week same as 2nd at least once a day maybe every other day but you have to use it at least 3 to 4 times a week. If you don’t, you’ll be getting your “it doesn’t work” review ready.Keep doing that every week and you’ll get lighter and lighter. I actually stopped using the lightning lotion because I got lazy and it’s sounds simple but that’s a lot to be doing every single day. I got so light one time I had to take a 6 mth break. I didn’t use anything but the soap and thats when I 1st started. Now if you decide you want to stop you will slowly go back to your original color and you’ll have to start all over but the results will be the same. You can use other stuff with the soap I personally only used the soap and 1mth of lightning lotion.If you do all of this without sunscreen in the summer not only will it now work but you will get darker. Use the soap right and it will work. 3 days you’ll see a difference, 1st week you’ll notice you’re lighter, 2nd week you’re obviously lighter because people will also recognize it. 3rd week You’re on instagram showing off because you’re loving the new look.

love hate product
i bought this soap because i have a lot of acnes, and I really wanted to remove them or reduce them because i’ve been seeing wonderful reviews about this soap. unfortunately this was not really my case.I am down 1 bar of this soap from consistent nightly use. at first it was working amazing, my acne’s were slowing down, removed lot of darker spots on my face, but then came the bad, my skin started drying really bad, shedding even, like i would wear a lot of lotion on my face every hour or so my face won’t stay white. because my skin was pealing. I continued using because I though it was normal, but then my skin started burning, every night while applying my moisturizer, i had to put ice on my face to not feel the burn. if i get under the sun at any point, i feel like my face is on fire. I really wasn’t able to continue using the soap anymore. but it really started helping. my face color started to even out. but unfortunately it’s a no for me

Effective exfoliant for clear skin
This soap is exceptional for removing plaque and heavy buildup on skin. I have been using it for one week to clear up hyperpigmentation. This may take a few more weeks for results but so far I am happy with the changes I am seeing such as smoother skin.

Does The Job
When I first used this soap my skin burned so bad, but slowly went away. After the first wash, I think my skin got used to it because it either didn’t burn or was not as bad as the first time. Also, this soap dried out my skin but I just use a moisturizer after use. It does smell good/ok. No complaints about how it smells. Does it work? I only use this once in a while, i honestly don’t know.
