Expensive
I didnt feel like laying over 30 bucks for the tiny jar but my daughter really needed it for her legs. They were covered in eczema hives and it’s one of the few products thar are effective and doesn’t burn the skin.I get why it is expensive. You are laying for quality and not quality but considering how much this costs I wish you would get more out of it because it is such a game changer for eczema. It’s the only cream my daughter will let me go near her with!

I had a rash around my mouth, not sure what it was. It didn’t respond to cortisone cream so I thought Id try this before heading to the doc. I bought this one and another medi honey product. I used both on the rash. It took about 3 weeks to go away, it didn’t immediately improve but it eventually went away. So Iam grateful, would it have gone away on its own!?? Not sure. I do think this product helped me. I had better results paring it with another medi honey product.

Helps a bit with eczema
I use this on my 1-year-old son’s cheeks when his eczema flares up, and it seems to help. It’s not an amazing miracle-worker that makes the rash completely go away, but I do definitely notice an improvement, and fairly quickly. Especially if I put it on red cheeks before bedtime, his skin is nice and clear when he wakes in the morning. The sweet smell is lovely (he often wants to eat it as I’m applying it), but it does get quite sticky. It becomes white and streaky the more I rub it in, so I always try to apply a very thin layer with as minimal rubbing as possible. It, of course, doesn’t cure the root cause of the eczema but is more of a band-aid to mask the symptoms. That said, I still find it beneficial and would recommend it! I recommended it to a friend who found that it didn’t help her son’s more severe eczema, but for the low price tag, why not give it a try?

WOW
this lotion is so fabulous! A small bit goes a long way. Once I applied it to my very dry old hands, the was immediately noticeable. The tips of my fingers were moist but not as slick as many lotions. The backs of my hands resulted in a much smoother texture. it lasted even after a few hand-washing sessions.

OBSESSED WITH THIS LINE!
This is one of the few products that I keep buying on a constant base and it’s actually in my Subscribe and SaveI have cats and I get a lot of scratches. I apply this Cream or the Ointment on the wounds and they heal quickly and the plus is that is natural. The smell of the Cream is addictive (I truly don’t get why people keep bashing it) the Ointment on the other side smells like your typical honey. The Cream is fabulous on red itchy skin, very soothing and calming. It makes a very good moisturizer.I ordered the patches and I will update my review once I try them.

Great smell and redness relief
I have super sensitive skin that reacts to everything. I bought this product and first off, the smell is really great without breaking me out from perfumes/fragrances. The only issue I see is that it doesn’t soak into your skin it just kind of sits on top like a mask. It helps the redness in my face a little bit but it doesn’t hydrate me as much as I was hoping.

Better than prescription ointment for my 1 year old
My 1 year old switched from breast milk to formula around 10 months. She had such a bad reaction over time to the formula that caused a rash on her face, around her mouth and spread up her cheeks, chin, nose. It was horrible. We spent weeks with the pediatrician trying different prescription ointments and gels. Nothing was helping.I looked into Manuka honey. Heard all great things. I saw the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try.Well, it did the trick. Her rash is almost gone, in just 2 days. I don’t know why some people didn’t like the scent, but I actually liked it. It’s like a light peppermint scent? Not obnoxious at all. This stuff isn’t super sticky, despite manuka honey being the 2nd ingredient. Which is great for a 1 year old when she’s teething and putting everything in her mouth. It didn’t irritate her sensitive baby skin.I rubbed it on, it absorbed into her rash, and left her skin soft, and calmed the redness of the rash. This is going to be a product I stick in baby shower gifts, or recommend to friends and family. 10/10.

Slightly sticky
I’m starting to like this lotion. It’s not easily rubbed in, and slightly sticky. I’m not a huge fan of the smell but it’s also not disgusting. However, I feel like it’s healing my skin as well as moisturizing so I started to like it more. I get all kinds of injuries and I feel like I take longer to heal than I used to. I noticed when I used this on my arms for the itchiness I have due to eczema, the scratches I gave myself were healing quicker. That must have something to do with the honey as it has some healing properties. Overall it’s a nice healing cream. I’ll continue to use it on my body. Maybe not my hands because I’ll just want to wash it off!

Perfect
I purchased all 3 product this one. The SALVE And crème. My grand baby has very bad eczema very bad. I’ve purchased every product OTC. Even prescriptions from pediatric doctor. Nothing worked. I have been stalking this product for a while until I saved enough to order. This was the best thing I could have ever done. My grand baby had bad sores and skin so rough this brought tears to my eyes. Only used for 3 days her skin is almost back to normal. She still scratched a little but not as much. Night time she actually slept without scratching or waking up screaming because she irritated. Thank you. I wish I would have took a before and after picture. Thank you

Really helps my Eczema
I have had Eczema since I was 3 years old and basically have tried everything from Eastern to Western medicine trying to treat my skin. I get flare ups from time to time especially when I’ve had sun exposure (esp. if I forget to reapply sunscreen). My flare ups get worse during winter times and my face was itchy, red, and flaky. Sometimes it’s embarrassing when my flare ups are out of control.Since a lot of steroid creams and lotions do not suggest you to use it for your face, I was researching for a face cream and came across this Manuka Honey Cream. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to try it. After 1 day of application, my flare up on my face had disappeared overnight! Not only does it moisturize your skin, it gets rids of imperfections in a few applications! I have been using this at least once a day and it has made my face flare up-free and super soft. Highly recommend this!

It really stops the itchiness!
I purchased this cream based on the positive reviews I read. I’ve been dealing with an unrelenting, stressed-based eczema flair-up on my arms (in the bends of both elbows) for the past 2 months. I’ve tried so many OTC creams but nothing helps. First Honey skin therapy cream has exceeded my expectations! It helped to keep the itchiness at bay the moment I applied it. I keep it in my fridge for an extra cooling effect. I don’t even mind the scent of the cream (it smells like a chocolate peppermint patty candy). Very reasonably priced and works exactly as described. I will purchase this again (and I’m looking into the skin care line for my husband, who constantly battles eczema on his scalp and face, especially after shaving).

cream is thick more like for a wound not meant for all over
Im 50-50 on this cream. As i was typing my complaints about the cream my skin does look better. I have Sjogren’s syndrome and dry skin. The cream is tacky rather than lotion like and i dont care for the scent . However i must say the appearance of my skin is improved after one use. I like manuka honey products. I am just not happy about the thickness and smell. Id rather smell like honey than the vanilla scent it has. So if you dont mind vanilla it be great night time treatment but not for daytime going out…because it doesnt absorb quickly enough.

Pretty great all around
First time using this type of product and it worked great for chigger bites and to help promote healing to a nasty cut I had on my hand. I failed to notice that there’s an ointment version or I probably would’ve opted for it instead but still great results nonetheless.

Dry skin
I am plagued with severe dry skin. Someone recommended this and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever gotten for anything from my skin. I love how silky and smooth it goes on and how wonderful my skin feels. It took about two or three days of using it for a really saw how effective it would be but it worked. I’m glad I’m sold.

Despite rigorous rubbing very slow absorption and disappointing results: Unhappy experience
Rating this product is a bit of a puzzle for me. I purchased it for a family member dealing with eczema on their T-Zone. However, applying it was an exercise in frustration. The absorption process was painstakingly slow, requiring several minutes of vigorous rubbing before any noticeable effect. It felt like no matter how much she rubbed, the cream just wouldn’t sink in; it was almost as if more kept appearing as she worked it into her skin. By day’s end, she complained of a tight, dry sensation in the treated area. Even after overnight use, dryness persisted, casting doubt on the product’s efficacy.Despite its higher price tag, I was hopeful about its “natural” credentials, particularly with Manuka honey as an ingredient. Yet, it failed to deliver. In comparison, another cream I had purchased, primarily for the eye area, yielded superior results. It absorbed swiftly, was not as thick as this product, and boasted a more appealing scent. Most importantly, it didn’t require excessive tugging at the skin during application; the experience was smooth and silky.I won’t buy this product again. It simply didn’t deliver the desired results, and the application process left much to be desired.

My niece loved it!
My niece has allergies to the dye that’s in children’s antibiotics and breaks out in hives everytime she has to take it.Last year I was looking for something that would help ease the itch and be safe for her hands (unlike hydrocortisone cream) to eat and touch her face. Well, this stopped the itch and it smells amazing! Also, my niece hates cream, it’s a sensory thing for her, she hates the way it feels on her but she loved this cream! She even asked for more it she liked it so much. Now, a year later she’s back on antibiotic for an ear infection and I cant find the cream so I may have to buy more.Last year, bc I loved the cream so much h I actually bought a second one and sent it home with my sister and I bought their medical honey ointment which I found just now while looking for the cream and realized I never tried it… so I’m trying it now as I have some sores on my neck from getting rid of some skin tags. I’ll say the ointment is a lot stickier then the cream was and it got in my hair and kinda hurt but it brushed out easy and I put my hair up so it wouldn’t happen again so no harm no foul.I am very impressed with this manuka honey product for the price, compared to the price that Manuka honey products can go for, this is affordable.

Miracle!!
I ordered this product for an out of control heat rash that covered my feet, hands and chest. My skin was almost fully clear and no longer sensitive after one use!! I used it on my very sunburnt and peeling nose that was starting to scab and it looks 10x better after just one use. I will use this on every skin irritation because it works way better than hydrocortisone cream in my opinion! Minus one star for the smell, but its not awful

Soothing a stubborn case of dermatitis
I don’t normally write product reviews, but I’ve been dealing with a frustratingly stubborn and uncomfortable case of perioral dermatitis and this cream is working wonders after just a day or two. Prior to using this cream, I have been using zinc soap a doctor-prescribed topical gel, and while those were working to clear up the rash, my skin was still dry, itchy, and burning. This cream plus an unscented deep moisturizing lotion have given immediate relief from those annoying secondary side effects. This cream does smell sweet and heavy like honey (which makes sense) and although that might be a bad thing for some people but I don’t mind it. My only complaint is that it’s sticky and doesn’t absorb fully into the skin unless I use only the thinnest of layers, so I couldn’t easily use it if I was planning on leaving my house. The stickiness does, however, provide an additional protective barrier and keeps me from touching the rash throughout the day. Overall I’m really grateful I found this stuff and it works even better than I was expecting.

If you have perioral or periorbital dermatitis GET THIS!!
I have been battling perioral dermatitis since mid-January this year. I did not know that it was a form of dermatitis until early March and because it was the first time I’ve ever had it, I had no idea how to treat it. I did some research and found that no one really knows why it happens, but found articles from people who had tried everything under the sun until they wound what worked, and every one of those stories ended in the person purchasing this First Honey Skin Treatment Cream. No joke, I received it and used it for the first time on April 19th on some very angry looking spots where the tiny pustules were forming and today (April 21) all of the spots are 85% gone/healed. This stuff smells nice, though it is a bit sticky. If you rub a bit on the blemishes and it will turn white – just pat it in on those areas and it will turn clear and soak in. I use it twice a day, but you can use it as much as you need without using too much. It has a light honey scent and a slight minty tingle. I had to put it just on the inside of my nostrils, as the dermatitis was trying to creep in there, too, and it smelled like white chocolate peppermint bark! Love this stuff!

Best product I have used so far
I have been using this product for a little over a month now and have seen the biggest change ever. I struggle from eczema on my whole body, and used more products you can think of, but this is definitely the product that is more effective. It’s a thick ointment that is sticky, so I mix it with Vaseline that is just what works for me. The scent is okay it not the best but it doesn’t last very long so it’s bearable. After a while it cleared up some hyperpigmentation I have and left my skin feeling good, and not dry. The thing I would say that it’s not for whole body just for small areas because the tube is small.

Good stuff
I really so love this stuff, it makes a huge difference in my red and dry face and the patch of dry skin in between my thumb and index finger that even aquaphor doesn’t help. Pure Magic!
I’ve had a pretty bad eczema flare up and nothing was helping. I was feeling defeated and itchy. This came across my Facebook feed and I decided to give it a try. I’m SO glad I did! After the first use the itching was relieved, within 2 days the dryness and flaky/scaled skin felt smoother and the redness had faded. A few days later and my skin was smooth. I’m so grateful for the relief, and I’m thankful that I found this product for future use. I’ll be saving myself days or possibly weeks of frustration and discomfort. I’m going to try it on other dry spots. It’s a little bit sticky if you use too much, but you don’t need more than a thin layer for it to work. It smells a little like honey, but it’s not too strong. I’ll be keeping this on hand at all times, for sure!

Worked Great For Rosacea
I have Rosacea that has spread across my nose and onto my cheeks. It has been getting worse and worse with pimples showing up, dry flaky skin, and my nose and cheeks being an angry mottled dark red color. I tried so many facial creams for sensitive skin and specifically for rosacea but nothing worked. I decided to try this since the reviews were so good before I finally went to the doctor. This product has completely changed my rosacea. My skin is still a little dry if I don’t use the honey twice a day with a little moisturizer but my skin color is normal and no pimples. I use the honey typically at night and sometimes in the morning or I might just use moisturizer in the morning and I am amazed at the results. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.A little of this stuff goes a long way and it can be sticky as well. I only put it on the areas that need it (nose and cheek area directly beside my nose) and then I take a my moisturizer and use it over my whole face which helps the stickiness. The tube lasts a long time because you don’t have to use that much. I will buying again.

Too many ingredients…way to many ingredients.
A skin therapy cream that made my wife’s face turn red and puff up. She used a tiny dollop on her face as she is very cautious when trying anything new on her face or skin. This is probably on me because I did not review the product list – which shows way too many ingredients for us.We are both so disappointed as we had high hopes for this product to work.

Not super sticky, mild scent
It’s a little sticky, but I find using it after lotion helps cut the tackiness, and also it softens the skin and lets the honey stuff do it’s thing better. Plus a little goes a long way, if you slather it on it’s more likely to be sticky. It has a faint medicinal smell, but it’s not bad, I’m super scent sensitive and this does not bother me at all. I feel like it’s helping, I have some patches of itchy dry scaly skin by my ears and on my elbows, it’s not an instant cure, ut I’m seeing improvement. I believe in the power of honey after my mom’s doctor treated her very large surgical wound with medical grade honey dressings, and it healed in an amazingly short time.
