This product was tossed after the first use. It had an unpleasant, rancid smell, a bit like eggs. Overall, I was not impressed nor could I stand the smell of it.

Can I Give More Than 5 Stars? TRULY Fragrance Free in a Generously Sized Pump Jar
I had another Advanced Clinicals product that I really enjoyed but – the fragrance just didn’t work for me. So upsetting. So when I could try again with this one: Yes, please! The first thing I did, when I opened the shrink wrap that protected the pump and jar, was carefully open the lid and smell it: No Fragrance! Joy!I’ll update after using for a week or two, but wanted to share that important information – that this truly is fragrance free. The jar is huge and that helps make this an amazing value.Edit: Update on this – it is a great moisturizer, and I mean, anywhere you feel like putting it. A lot for legs, a tiny bit for face. It’s a total winner.I’m so happy! Recommended, with more info to follow!

Very effective cream
This body cream is technically fragrance free, but it does have a distinct smell. To me, it smells almost identical, though not quite as strong, as AmLactin. Amlactin is an excellent lotion that was available by prescription only for years. This body cream feels and smells very much like it, but I think it has a better texture. I am really impressed with the quality of this cream, my skin feels immediately softer, so I am confident that the results will only improve as I continue to use it. This one is definitely a keeper, but I would recommend giving it a few minutes after you apply it to allow the smell to fade.

Just as good as AmaLactin
My derm told me to use Amalactin to help with my sunspots on my legs and hands. I’ve been using it for about a year and I can honestly say this Glycolic Lactic Acid lotion is just as good! They smell exactly the same as well. This is a nice big bottle with a pump. It absorbs quickly into my skin. If I’ve just shaved it does sting a bit but that goes away quickly. It’s very moisturizing and this big bottle will last for a long time. I’m happy with it!

Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion
I have purchased several different types of lotions from this brand in the past and have enjoyed all of them for different benefits. I used the collagen lotion, the retinol lotion and now this one. They dont really have a scent- or if they do they all seem to dissipate quickly. I have begun to alternate every day between all three of the lotions in hopes that between the three that it will help with all the areas that I am hoping to see improvement on. I have sensitive skin and did not have any adverse reactions.

KP Must Have
I have always had a bit of KP on my arms and thighs. Without dry brushing or exfolating manually, I noticed this cream making my skin look so much less bumpy and smoother. It has a nice pump system so my hands do not get all greasy. The cream soaks in quickly and I do not detect any scents. I like that it has a chemical exfoliant instead of a physical as it feels much more gentle on my skin.

Smooths, softens, my skin; no greasy or oily feel.
A generous (16 oz) pump-top tub (attractive enough to leave on my bathroom counter) of a medium weight, creamy lotion. The directions caution against sun exposure during use; it contains effective exfoliators that can increase photosensitivity. I especially like using it at bedtime; it feels soothing, absorbs nicely, no sticky or oily residue. After it’s sunk into my skin overnight, I notice during my morning shower that my body wash gently lifts more dead skin than usual, leaving a “clean slate” that feels extra smooth, soft. No irritation. I apply more before dressing; I don’t have to worry about it sticking to or staining my clothes. I’m a fan of Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion.

Very helpful for problem skin.
Been using this excellent skin cream for a few days, and have observed my skin starting to respond in a good way. I call this a No-Nonsense Body Cream that’s especially good at moisturizing, plus a lot more. The main ingredients of Glycolic and Lactic Acids are very helpful for exfoliating and hydrating, and the rest is made of some basic and good natural oils and more. Received: 2 hefty and sturdy 16 0z. plastic containers, with good pump systems built into the screw top lids. Lid can be removed if you want to scoop out the cream. The contents are a white cream with a good rich consistency, spreads easily leaving no sticky residue, and no scent. It’s compatible with all skin types. I got this because of my older dry and bumpy skin with rough patches, and unsightly age spots and dark spots. So far, it appears to be a gentle and worthwhile body cream with a lot of excellent possibilities for clearing up and protecting those much-needed areas.

Fragrance free, light and creamy lotion …
My skin feels incredible soft after this lotion, I assume because of the exfoliation properties. It does not slough away skin or exfoliate in any sort of a harsh way, it is a very gentle and hydrating feeling and your skin is just soft and refreshed. I appreciate the lack of fragrance so it will not overwhelm or clash with my perfume choices. I was a bit apprehensive over the listing as an exfoliating product, but I am happy with the results and the soothing and not harsh application. My skin is nourished and glowing, I highly recommend this.

moisturizing
Part of my upper arm is slightly flaky lately although I have been using a lotion every day. This moisturizer goes on lightly and spread easily over my skin. It does take a few rubs to get the white streaks to disappear. It contains glycolic acid which helps me get rid of that flakiness but still gentle enough not to irritate it further. The lactic acid helps moisturize the skin. I really enjoy using this.

Lightweight skin care
This fragrance free lotion is lightweight. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly. The label has a cautionary statement about the potential for sunburn. That isn’t an issue for me but could be for some. It is made in America. It is recommended for daily use, nighttime. I love how this product feels on my skin! The price point is it bit high for daily use though.

Doesn’t smell great but a good cream overall
I can’t make any claims about the effectiveness or health claims they make but it’s a nice cream. It doesn’t smell great but it doesn’t smell bad. It’s giving “prescription topical” medication smell sort of. I do believe it’s and unscented so that’s fine, it’s good for me, some smells really bother me, being sensitive to fragrance. I will say that the texture is a bit greasy, it’s one of those that feels slick for a long time and takes a while to get it rubbed in but overall a nice glycolic cream.

Hydrating and smoothing
This review is for Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion Skin Care CreamThis exfoliating body cream works as expected. It does a good job of making my skin feel hydrated and smooth. It’s a leave on exfoliating cream. There are no added fragrances and it absorbs nicely without leaving any sticky residue. It’s gentle enough for daily usage. It is leaving my skin feeling softer and less scaly.

The cream works great. It doesn’t have a smell and it works great during the winter when the skin gets so dry. My skin absorbed really well and my legs are super smooth! You also get two containers for the price of one and it makes this product so affordable!!

Been using this for a few days now. It does seem to help promote exfoliation without any need for intense scrubbing. Also leaves skin feeling hydrated but not overly oily.I don’t have any complaints, and you get what I feel is a very good amount for the price.

Exfoliate, smooth and moisturize
I originally wasn’t going to order the body cream because it has 10% glycolic acid and lactic acid. I normally use 5% and lower. I got it anyway because I found out the cream was clinically tested. It goes on smooth and no negative effects at all. I have keratosis pilaris (chicken skin) and the cream smooth the bumps out better than anything else. It is also scent free which is good for my sensitive skin. The bottle has a pump dispenser which makes it very convenient to use. Recommend.

Absolutely huge tub
I can’t imagine how long this tub is going to last me. I’ve never had skincare this large before. Unlike small bottles, this can actually be used all over the body. It is smooth and feels very soft. Ingredients are pretty good with a lot of extracts. Absolutely fantastic value that has the ingredients of tiny tubes

Perfect
I’ve been using the Glycolic Acid & Lactic Acid Lotion from Advanced Clinicals for a while now, and I must say, it’s been a game-changer for my skin! What drew me to this lotion initially was its powerful combination of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), including glycolic acid and lactic acid. These chemical exfoliants work wonders for gently removing dry patches, dead skin cells, and impurities without the need for harsh scrubbing. As someone with uneven texture and dull skin, I’ve found this lotion to be incredibly effective in restoring my skin’s natural pH balance and promoting cell renewal. One of the standout features of this lotion is its formulation with antioxidant-rich moisturizing ingredients like coconut oil, aloe vera, green tea, and vitamin E. Not only does it exfoliate and resurface the skin, but it also hydrates and boosts elasticity, leaving my skin feeling incredibly soft and looking radiant.I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my skin tone and texture since incorporating this lotion into my skincare routine. It has helped clear up clogged pores, reduce blemishes, and even target those pesky KP bumps and razor bumps. Plus, it’s compatible with all skin types, including my sensitive skin, without causing excessive irritation or sensitization. What I love most about this lotion is its multi-functional nature. Not only does it exfoliate and moisturize, but it also helps prevent breakouts, clear ingrown hairs, and reduce rough and bumpy skin. It’s like a one-stop solution for all my skincare concerns!Overall, I highly recommend the Glycolic Acid & Lactic Acid Lotion from Advanced Clinicals to anyone looking to achieve smoother, healthier-looking skin. It’s fragrance-free, dermatologist-tested, and clinically-proven, making it a safe and effective choice for all skincare enthusiasts.

Exfoliating cream with some great ingredients
I try to take care of my skin. I use sunscreen, but because I’m active outdoors year round, particularly cycling, my face does suffer from exposure to the elements. So generally, I like to periodically use an exfoliating cleanser, particularly during warmer weather.Compared to other glycolic acid products I’ve used, this has some great ingredients. What caught my eye was vitamin E, which I like in terms reducing the effects of UV exposure during the summer. I also like that it has coconut oil, which I like to use as a moisturizer. The product comes in a jar with a pump, which makes it easy to use and doesn’t create a mess. The cream goes on very easily and doesn’t feel greasy. I like that there is no fragrance added; it has a slight scent in the jar, but after applying it isn’t noticeable.Since the glycolic acid content is 10%, which I consider pretty high, I won’t use this more than twice a week. At that rate, this should last through the summer, making it a good buy in my book: Recommended.

Moisturize me silly
As a skincare enthusiast who has been on the hunt for effective products to tackle my keratosis pilaris (KP), I decided to give the Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion a try. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I’m ready to share my experience.First, let’s talk about the packaging. The lotion comes in a convenient 16 oz pump bottle, making it easy to dispense the product without any mess. The pump is sturdy and works well, which is a plus. The lotion itself has a lightweight, non-greasy consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin. I appreciate that it doesn’t leave any residue or stickiness, which is important for a body lotion. The formula is fragrance-free, which is great for those with sensitive skin or those who prefer unscented products. In terms of effectiveness, I have noticed a slight improvement in the texture of my skin. The glycolic and lactic acids in the lotion do a good job of gently exfoliating and smoothing the skin. However, I haven’t seen a dramatic change in my KP bumps, but I understand that results may vary from person to person. One thing to note is that the lotion contains a high percentage of glycolic acid (10%), which can make the skin more sensitive to the sun. I make sure to apply sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun exposure when possible to minimize any potential issues.Overall, I think the Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion is a decent product for those looking to improve the texture of their skin. It’s affordable, easy to use, and has shown some positive results. However, if you’re specifically looking for a product to target KP, you may want to explore other options as well.

Working so far
I’ve had KP bumps on my legs for probably a decade, and I’ve only tried salicylic acid treatments in the past but I’ve never kept up with it longer than a few weeks after seeing no improvement. I’ve been using this lotion a couple weeks now and I already see a lot of improvement. I think that if I stick with using it I might actually get smooth skin. I’ve been using it about 3 times a week. I think it’s labeled as fragrance free, and it is so it has a sort of medicine like scent. It’s a bit off putting, but better than ending up with skin irritation from synthetic fragrance since I do have really sensitive skin.

Noticeable softness
I am pleasantly satisfied with how my skin feels after using this. I took a couple of pictures to show the container and the lotion consistency but wasn’t able to capture a before/after of my skin to show the difference in hydration. The lotion is unscented, but the ingredients do have a natural smell that isn’t my favorite. After doing a little research about essential oils mixed in with the acids in the lotion, I felt comfortable adding a few drops of lavender oil. (I just really like lavender)To test the lotion, I used a crystal skin buffer that leaves my legs looking like they were dipped in chalk dust. I wasn’t shocked at the immediate LOOK of silky smooth skin, but the FEEL of my skin did raise my eyebrows. This actually feels silky when I put it on. Of course, the silk feel fades after time, but I put the lotion on before bed and my skin still feels soft. The directions remind the user that this lotion can make you more sensitive to the sun and to take the necessary precautions. Take those precautions. Trust me…

Comedogenic
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this if you have oily/acne-prone skin because it contains coconut oil. It (may have) caused some clogged pores on my back, but it’s still a great product for other skin types.

Nice and moisturizing, great package design!
It can be really difficult to find products that don’t have five different types of alcohol in it – and don’t get me started on the scents! This one is a keeper; the pump dispenser works like a dream but if you need to get your hands on a lot of product at once you can easily access the interior. It moisturizes without being excessively oily and soaks right into my skin. I think it’s a great value for a high quality product.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

It also has a pump to the container to make it easier to disperse.
I have used some products from this company before and liked them. So I was hopeful for this Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion and it did not disappoint. I really like dispenser bottles that have pumps to help it disperse easier. I just rub it on my arms and legs to help smooth out my aging skin. So far so good! It feels good and though it says fragrance free it has a light non-fragrance sort of smell. It spreads easily on my skin so that’s a bonus.

Cream
This is my personal review for this cream as I have not used it long. When I have applied it it does have a greasy feel which is not my thing. It says that it is scent free but there is a slight smell to it and I don’t care for it at all which deters me more to not using it. It may be helpful to your skin in the long run but I don’t stand the scent.

Great dispenser, not greasy
I haven’t used this Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion long enough to know what it will do for the areas that I have bumpy skin, but I already know that I like how it feels on my skin.I really dislike heavy, oily creams … so much so that I have to wash them off if I mistakenly apply one. The same with overly scented lotions. This is creamy and smooth but not heavy or greasy and has very little scent (even unscented creams do have some scent). It absorbs quickly and my skin feels soft.I also really like the pump on the tub. It works very well and makes this format container so much more comfortable, convenient and sanitary to use. You can also unscrew the top if you prefer applying it with your hands.I have not used body creams with glycolic and lactic acid in them before and I’m interested to see what they add. It’s also nice to have a two pack. I will probably give one to my dad who has very very dry skin in the cooler weather.

Large and effective
For starters, this is a huge tub. Since I don’t use it daily, this will last for a while. It seems effective, with some exfoliation. The scent is mild and unobjectionable. The feel is a little greasy for me, but it does absorb in.The biggest caution would be to not make the same mistake I did: do not grab this after shaving! lol

Fragrance free, but has a smell
This is a nice big tub of Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion with a good pump — I had a bit of trouble unlocking the pump and had to get a pair of pliers to hold the small ring at the base of the pump. The lotion itself is medium to heavy weight and it really seems to be a good moisturizer – my skin felt very smooth after using it. Although the product does not have added fragrance, it does have a smell that I don’t find particularly pleasant. Smooth skin, however, might be worth putting up with a bit of smell!

Good lotion, but I don’t like the scent.
This is a pretty good lotion. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth, and it absorbs readily. I really don’t care for the smell. Bcause of that, I just apply it to my legs and use other lotion elsewhere. I’m fairly certain the smell is from the lactic acid, which can have a scent, so I haven’t docked a star from the “overall” rating.I LOVE the bottle. I love that it comes with a pump as well as a lid that you can screw off without having a weird lip that prevents you from getting the rest of the product. It’s also a really nice size. I expect it will last a while.

Advanced Clinicals 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid Body Lotion Skin Care Cream, 16 oz, 2 packMy skin (thighs/legs, back of torso) tend to get dry and flaky especially in the cold months. I would normally have to mix body lotion and petroleum jelly before applying. This Advanced Clinicals skin care cream is thick. I don’t need to supplement with petroleum jelly before applying to my skin. It keeps my skin well hydrated. There’s no dryness, flaking or itching.I only use these for covered skin – torso, legs. I don’t use this on my arms because my arms are almost always bare. This cream has alpha-hydroxy acids (lactic and glycolic acids) which will make skin more sensitive to sunlight.

interesting skin cream
I have just started using this skin cream. I normally do not give 5 stars for an out of the box review, but I am intrigued by this cream. It went on smooth and was non-greasy with no scent as advertised. However, why I am giving it 5 stars for now is the 2 main skincare ingredients;glycolic acid and lactic acid. Glycolic acid can brighten the skin as well as exfoliate, clean pores, and help with sun damage. While lactic acid hydrates the skin, as well as smoothes wrinkles and fine lines, and can help with age/sun spots. So far I have only noticed a brightness to my skin, as well as it did a very good job moisturizing. I will update the score as I continue to use this daily as to how it helps with wrinkles and lines, but for now 5 stars based on out of the box results like brighter hydrated skin, with no scent and goes on without any greasy feel and absorbs very well. The price of $20 (day of review) is pretty competitive as well for what you get.
