Skin routine
This is a great addition to my skin routine. I have sensitive skin, I love how gentle and smooth it is. It takes of makeup from a night out to your everyday life. I can’t find always in stores but it is here and cheaper.

I don’t think it actually works
So the cleanser isn’t bad, but most cleansers like these aren’t the best. Just go with a basic cleanser or one with benzoyl peroxide. Just get a salicylic acid serum if you want to seem better results.

Great facial soap, packaging was not so great
This works great, thought I’d order it online for once. The delivery package was a bit banged up, and the pump cap came off during shipping.The contents was fine inside the bottle. We had to reuse the cap off the empty replacement soap. Had to toss the new pump and cap on the new bottle. Might have to rethink ordering online.The soap works great though!

It stinks so bad
I’ve been using this face wash for years. I’m not sure if this bottle is defective but it smells so bad. the expiration is 1/2026 so it’s not expired. I’d recommend purchasing elsewhere for this.

What happened?
Not sure if I just got a bad batch, but this is not product that I am used to. First off the smell was definitely not the same as I’ve purchased this product before from the drugstore. I checked the expiration date and it was so I proceeded to use it. It definitely does not work the same. The tingles I was used to when I purchased this exact product before did not happen and it doesn’t seem to have the same effectiveness that I am used to either. Like I said maybe it’s a bad batch, but I’ve discontinued use. Back to the drugstore I go to buy another.

I like the cerave salicylic acid face wash better
This doesn’t feel like a deep clean and it’s not refreshing. I have oily skin and it doesn’t feel like it’s for oily skin.

Dried Out Skin
After a week of use, my skin got worse. Dry patches appeared on my face and I actually broke out. Even after sticking to using my regular moisturizer after each use, this cleansing wash dried out my skin and that’s going to take weeks to reverse. Do not recommend.
